Sometimes being practical is synonymous with compromise: in order to attain a goal quickly or with a low cost, you sacrifice something of value (creativity, full-scale implementation, etc.) to achieve the desired efficiency. Even with some economic recovery, I continuously see companies struggle with difficult decisions of practicality–choosing what to give up to get to the next level.
But it doesn’t have to be that way in all cases. One of the reasons we love Managed Application Development (our MAD skillz, as our President calls it) and Dedicated Development Teams is that we are able to provide companies with teams of experts to complete projects, at a lower cost and commitment than would come from direct hiring.
The benefits:- Controlled costs
- High quality work and accountability
- Project control of your choosing
